Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10+ years leading project controls, scheduling, or construction management on large capital projects.
• 8+ years in semiconductor manufacturing facilities or related high-tech projects.
• 10+ years building and developing construction teams.
• Expertise in project controls, scheduling, risk and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the US Project Controls team with mentorship and direction.
• Establish project controls standards, metrics, risk management, reporting and change practices.
• Drive collaboration across engineering, construction, procurement, commissioning and operations.
• Lead all project controls execution: schedule development, performance monitoring, and resource planning.
• Advance AI-enabled solutions to improve reporting, forecasting, and controls efficiency.
