Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Boise or Clay is seeking a Sr. Process Manager II to lead and refine construction procurement processes, ensuring compliant project execution and efficient workflows across Procurement, Construction, Finance, and Legal.

You will develop operating procedures, governance routines, and data-driven dashboards, drive SAP/Procore integration, and create training materials for end users to enable scalable, repeatable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related area.
• 7+ years of experience in construction procurement, procurement operations, contract administration, or process improvement.
• Proven experience in improving procurement and contract lifecycle processes.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills and ability to influence teams.
• Experience with enterprise systems and project delivery platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and continuously improve the construction procurement cycle from sourcing to closeout.
• Develop and implement operating procedures, workflows, and decision frameworks.
• Collaborate with departments to translate business needs into scalable process solutions.
• Identify gaps and risks; lead root-cause analyses for efficiency and compliance.
• Support SAP/Procore integration, define requirements, data handoffs and workflow controls.
• Establish governance routines, dashboards, and supplier governance improvements.
• Create training materials, job aids, onboarding guides, templates, and communications.
• Lead initiatives from current-state evaluation to future-state rollout and refinement.
