Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Procurement Sr. Specialist for NA Construction Services & Equipment.

You will develop and execute the capex construction category sourcing strategy and manage NA spend, serving as the interface between Plant, Engineering, Enterprise Capital, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Facilities Management, and Procurement teams and contractors. You will join the Enterprise Procurement Capital and Energy team, based in Neenah, WI, with travel as required, and report to the Senior

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering or Civil Engineering is highly preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in construction management, engineering, procurement or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence across a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Construction and Installation Services and Equipment category.
• Deliver procurement targets for scope categories.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on category needs and strategy.
• Execute category strategic initiatives and maintain knowledge bases.
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance to reduce supply risk.
• Lead bidding, pricing negotiations, contracting and implementation.
• Identify barriers to change and escalate when needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies and internal controls.
