Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, Manufacturing, or related function; category management preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a global, matrixed organization; travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Define capital equipment requirements and sourcing priorities with business stakeholders.
• Develop and execute category strategies for a $100M-$200M annual spend.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing events: bidding, supplier selection, negotiations, and contracts.
• Provide market and supplier analytics; track cost savings and sourcing results.
• Ensure compliance with Kimberly-Clark policies and controls; build stakeholder relationships.
• Manage supplier relationships, risk, and continuity across the enterprise.
