Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Corporation is seeking a Procurement Senior Specialist for NA Construction Services & Equipment to develop and execute the capex construction category sourcing strategy and manage NA construction spend. You will interface with plant, engineering, manufacturing, real estate, facilities, and contractors to drive value through strategic supplier partnerships.

Based in Neenah, WI, you will lead supplier relationships, drive continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to KC policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or Civil Engineering is highly preferred.
7+ years of experience in construction management, engineering, procurement, or related roles.
Experience with EPC and Design-Build contracts preferred.
Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Manage the Construction and Installation Services and Equipment category and deliver targets.
Coordinate with stakeholders on category needs and strategy.
Lead bidding, pricing/terms negotiations, contracting and implementation.
Lead sourcing events and collaborate with agile teams.
Ensure compliance with policies and internal controls.
