Kimberly-Clark Corporation is seeking a Senior Specialist in Enterprise Procurement for Capital Equipment. The role blends remote work with in-person collaboration in the U.S. and will drive end-to-end sourcing, supplier management, and cost-saving initiatives.

You will partner with stakeholders to define equipment needs, develop category strategies, and lead negotiations and awards. Travel up to 25% is expected for global, matrixed execution.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, Manufacturing, or related function; category management experience preferred.
• Advanced business acumen with analytical, problem-solving, project management, and technical capabilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and/or influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate across a global, matrixed organization.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

• Partner with business stakeholders to define capital equipment requirements and sourcing priorities.
• Develop and execute category strategies for a $100M-$200M annual spend portfolio.
• Shape enterprise equipment strategies using market trends, supplier insights, and business needs.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing events, including bidding, supplier selection, negotiations, and contract awards.
• Drive strategic category initiatives and implementation plans to deliver business value.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance, risk mitigation, and continuity issues across the enterprise.
• Provide market and supplier analytics, while tracking and reporting cost savings and sourcing results.
• Ensure compliance with Kimberly-Clark policies and controls while building strong stakeholder relationships and removing barriers to execution.
