Job summary

1 Resource Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee all construction activities on USACE projects. You will lead a project team, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery on site.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of construction management experience on USACE projects, sound knowledge of codes and regulations, and strong leadership and communication skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience as a Construction Manager.
• Experience working on USACE projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all construction activities on USACE projects.
• Work with Project team to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and quality.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Review interpretation of drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Resolve issues or conflicts during construction.
• Conduct site visits and inspections; track progress against plan.
• Generate progress reports and update project schedules.
• Communicate updates to stakeholders and address concerns.
• Provide leadership and support to the construction team.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
