Job summary

Etc Companies Llc is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale, tenant-occupied rehabs and renovations in Brooklyn, NY and the surrounding NYC metro area. The ideal candidate will coordinate scopes, bids, schedules and budgets for complex affordable housing projects, interfacing with owners, inspectors and subcontractors to keep work on track.

You will supervise superintendents, prepare RFPs and AIA payment documents, and ensure compliance with drawings, specs and safety

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably with occupied multi-family residential units.
• Willing to travel.
• Thorough knowledge of construction processes and management techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive scopes and RFPs.
• Estimate projects and create schedules, manage timelines.
• Execute subcontractor bidding and develop scopes of work.
• Interface with Owner or Owner’s Representative on schedule and requisitions.
• Prepare AIA payment documents and manage project budgets.
• Interface with building departments to obtain permits and coordinate closeout.
• Lead weekly meetings and monitor site safety.
• Review progress for quality and conformance to drawings.
