Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Construction Project Manager for Starship Infrastructure in Louisiana. The role coordinates all on-site construction activities, supervises field personnel, and ensures safety, quality, and on-time delivery within budget.

Based in Starbase, TX until early 2027, relocation to Louisiana will be required. Responsibilities include managing multidisciplinary teams, evaluating bids, tracking costs, schedules, and contracting, and facilitating regulatory approvals to meet

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in engineering, construction management.
• Experience managing multi-discipline construction projects including cost control, schedule and contractor management.
• Greenfield site development experience and regulatory navigation.
• Proven plan-to-deliver track record on large projects.
• Experience with vendors across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, piping, surveying.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all on-site construction activities and supervise field personnel to complete projects on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain quality and safety standards on site and manage project close-out.
• Oversee lifecycle from ROM estimates through final cost and scheduling.
• Review proposals, bids and cost-saving opportunities, and manage contracts with subcontractors.
• Facilitate regulatory approvals and ensure environmental compliance.
