DIRTT Environmental Solutions, Ltd. in Dallas, TX seeks a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead projects from handoff to closeout.

You will own safety, quality, schedule, budget, and profitability while coordinating across design, procurement, fabrication, logistics, and field operations. The role requires 5–8 years of PM experience, proven budget and schedule control, and strong cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of project management experience.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and customer relationships.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.
• Proven track record delivering projects safely, profitably, and on schedule.
• Comprehensive understanding of the construction project lifecycle.
• Project financial management and forecasting.
• Contract administration and change management.
• Scheduling and critical path management.
• Risk management and mitigation planning.
• Stakeholder management and customer relationship management.
• Manufacturing, logistics, and field installation coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain monthly cost-to-complete forecasts.
• Forecast project revenue, gross margin, cash flow, and final cost at completion.
• Analyze budget variances and identify forecast risks and opportunities.
• Incorporate approved and pending change orders into forecasts.
• Present project financial outlook during project reviews.
• Own project financial administration from project setup through closeout.
• Review and approve project costs, commitments, and invoices for accuracy.
• Manage owner billing, payment applications, and collections support.
• Ensure costs are properly coded and reflected in project financial reports.
• Monitor accounts receivable, retention, and subcontractor payment status.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and maintain accurate project financial records.
• Develop, maintain the project execution schedule and coordinate across teams.
• Monitor milestones and identify schedule risks; develop recovery plans.
• Communicate schedule status and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Manage change orders, contract compliance, and project financial controls.
• Forecast revenue, margin, and cost-to-complete; ensure quality and schedule.
