Job summary

DIRTT Environmental Solutions is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from handoff through closeout. You will own safety, quality, schedule, budget, customer satisfaction, and profitability while coordinating across the DIRTT delivery lifecycle.

You will lead planning, forecasting, scheduling, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation to ensure objectives are met and maintain strong customer relationships and commercial performance.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of project management experience.
  • Delivery of projects from initiation through closeout.
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and customer relationships.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects safely, profitably, and on schedule.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the construction project lifecycle.
  • Forecast revenue, margin, and cost-to-complete.
  • Contract administration and change management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain monthly cost-to-complete forecasts.
  • Forecast project revenue, gross margin, cash flow, and final cost at completion.
  • Analyze budget variances and identify forecast risks and opportunities.
  • Incorporate approved and pending change orders into forecasts.
  • Present project financial outlook during project reviews.
  • Own project financial administration from project setup through closeout.
  • Review and approve project costs, commitments, and invoices for accuracy.
  • Manage owner billing, payment applications, and collections support.
  • Ensure costs are properly coded and reflected in project financial reports.
  • Monitor accounts receivable, retention, and subcontractor payment status.
  • Resolve accounting discrepancies and maintain accurate project financial records.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage the project execution schedule.
  • Coordinate schedule activities across design, procurement, fabrication, logistics, and field operations.
  • Monitor critical milestones and identify schedule risks and constraints.
  • Develop recovery plans when project activities fell behind schedule.
  • Communicate schedule status, impacts, and mitigation plans to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure schedule updates accurately reflect project progress and forecasted completion dates.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for project stakeholders.
  • Lead project meetings and communicate project status, risks, and key decisions.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations regarding scope, schedule, budget, and project performance.
  • Resolve routine conflicts and facilitate timely decision-making.
  • Communicate project changes, impacts, and mitigation plans effectively.
  • Build and maintain productive working relationships with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
