Qualifications

• Experience in Project Coordination and Project Management with strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Construction Project Management with a track record of successful project completion.
• Budgeting and financial management to control costs while maintaining quality.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders and manage challenges.
• Proven ability to lead teams and oversee complex projects with multiple moving parts.
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements in construction.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience in restoration projects and familiarity with insurance claim management is an advantage.
