A modular housing company in Florida is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Construction Operations Lead to oversee the development lifecycle of residential and modular housing projects. The ideal candidate will be a licensed general contractor with over 5 years of experience in construction management, capable of handling all aspects of project execution from pre-permit to installation and close-out. This role emphasizes strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Construction Superintendent, Senior PM, or relevant position.
• Deep experience running residential projects from start to finish.
• Comfortable managing crews, subs, inspectors, and demanding stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the day-to-day owner of residential/modular construction projects.
• Oversee permitting, scheduling, inspections, and installation sequencing.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and consultants.
