Job summary

U.S. Engineering is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage profitability, schedule, and scope while coordinating with field leadership and clients.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, 7–10 years of relevant experience, and strong HVAC knowledge. You will mentor staff, deliver on-time, on-budget results, and pursue new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and basic plumbing knowledge.
• Thorough knowledge of mechanical construction industry practices and standards.
• Experience with estimating, preconstruction, and project scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Proficient at plan/spec estimating as well as conceptual estimating in a design/build/assist scenario.
• Oversee project profitability and success from preconstruction through completion.
• Coordinate with field leadership to ensure on-time, on-budget projects.
• Develop and monitor CPM schedules; build and track project schedules.
• Lead safety programs and site safety reviews.
• Build and manage relationships with customers and pursue new opportunities.
