Job summary

MGAC is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager for on-site support in Los Angeles. You will lead multi-phase projects, coordinate design and construction activities, and ensure alignment with client goals.

The role demands strong communication, scheduling, and risk-management skills, with 4–5 days on-site in LA as needed. Achieve project milestones while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in construction project management and knowledge of the design/construction process.
• Experience with base building, commercial, cultural, life sciences, corporate fit-out or developer work.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in a team of project managers to execute multi-phased projects and manage client expectations.
• Oversee construction oversight, design management, contract management and project communications.
• Monitor field progress, perform schedule analysis, and ensure quality control.
• Build trust with the construction team and client decision-makers.
• Participate in meetings covering budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and closeout.
