Ideal candidates have 3+ years of construction PM experience and strong scheduling, communication, and problem-solving skills. The role emphasizes site oversight and collaboration with stakeholders in a boutique consultancy setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction project management experience.
• Understanding of building design and construction processes.
• Experience with base building, commercial, cultural, life sciences, or developer work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multi-phased projects, manage client expectations, and adapt to evolving demands.
• Monitor field progress, perform schedule analysis, and ensure quality control.
• Interface with construction teams and client decision-makers.
• Support strategic planning, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare accurate project documentation for all phases.
• Assist in invoices, purchase orders, and financial tracking.
• Maintain relationships with industry partners and vendors.
