Job summary

Haynes Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead on-site ground-up projects with accountability for budgets of $10M+. You will coordinate with ownership and design teams to drive projects from groundbreaking through occupancy.

This role demands hands-on leadership, proactive scheduling, cost control, subcontractor coordination, and a strong safety and quality focus to deliver on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of project management experience on ground-up mixed-use, multifamily, or commercial construction.
• Experience owning project budgets of $10M+.
• Proficiency with Procore and scheduling tools (MS Project).
• Solid knowledge of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to lead teams and manage up.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and planning: Build and enforce detailed project schedules; lead pre-construction planning.
• Budget and cost management: Own the project budget; review sub pay apps and change orders.
• Subcontractor and site management: Solicit bids and coordinate subs; manage in-house site crew.
• Quality, safety and inspections: Conduct site inspections; enforce OSHA compliance; coordinate inspections.
• Documentation and reporting: Maintain project records and deliver status reports; keep as-built records.
