Job summary

Fischer Homes is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of construction projects. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for designers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

Your focus will encompass safety, quality, cost control, and schedule adherence through collaboration with the Superintendent. With a Bachelor's degree and five years of experience in commercial construction, you will lead project execution and cultivate key relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project building and subcontractor management.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and develop field teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project execution including budgeting and scheduling.
• Manage relationships with designers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Enforce safety culture and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Implement quality management systems and achieve quality goals.
• Oversee project financials, forecasting, billing, and cost reporting.
• Provide mentorship and performance feedback for field staff.
