You will manage projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensure quality and safety, and coordinate with subcontractors. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from planning through completion.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and progress.
• Review drawings, contracts, RFIs, and submittals.
• Lead project meetings with ownership and internal teams.
• Manage change orders and project closeout documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local codes and safety standards.

Base pay range

$120,000 - $200,000 (dependent on experience)

They are actively seeking experienced Project Managers to join their growing team for an exciting pipeline of Multifamily and Commercial construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on PM who enjoys managing projects from pre‑construction through closeout and working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
