Job description

Project Manager
The Project Manager is responsible for leading the business, administrative, and operational aspects of construction projects with limited oversight, including ownership of project profitability, cash flow, budgets, schedules, quality, safety, and risk management. Working closely with the Superintendent and project team, this role manages construction planning, procurement, subcontractors, change orders, cost forecasting, contract compliance, and project controls while proactively resolving field issues and mitigating risks. The Project Manager also provides team leadership, supports employee development, maintains strong client and stakeholder relationships, contributes to preconstruction and business development efforts, and ensures effective use of project management systems. Candidates should possess strong construction knowledge, communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills. A bachelor’s degree in construction or a related field is preferred, along with five to ten years of relevant experience.
