Job summary

Ascendion is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead upcoming projects across multiple states. The role requires a Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field and 4+ years in construction management, with strong leadership and organizational skills.

The position includes a 5-day on-site work schedule, frequent safety meetings, and oversight of field reporting, with a compensation range of $140,000 to $200,000 plus a 20% annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in construction management.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and project management applications.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the site is performing all safety meetings and inspections.
• Ensure that projects are staffed appropriately per the plan, and the team is performing core responsibilities.
• Ensure Daily Field reports are complete and accurate.
• Accountable for safety incident reporting and resolution.
• Accountable for weekly PSM and OAC Reports and responsible for executing all PSM and OAC meetings with timely resolution of constraints as the front-facing site representative.
• Ensure the schedule snapshot is accurate and timely, and meet all milestones.
• Accountable for subcontractor non-performance issue resolution.
• Responsible for field team training, reviews, documentation, and performance.
