About the Role:

Position: Construction Manager- Data Center

Location: Des Moines, IA

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Des Moines, IA (Onsite). This role involves overseeing data center construction projects, ensuring seamless coordination, adherence to safety protocols, and timely project execution.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and coordinate construction activities
• Manage vendor selection, contracts, and project integration
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies
• Collaborate with general contractors and stakeholders
• Oversee project scope, budget, and scheduling
• Strong collaboration and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Salary Range: $130,000 - $140,000 Annually - Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Benefits: The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, 5 personal days accrued each calendar year, 10-15 days of paid vacation time, 6 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday per calendar year, Ascendion Learning Management System.
