Rodriguez Construction Group is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our construction team. This role offers the opportunity to lead top construction projects and oversee all aspects of project management to ensure design, budget, and schedule compliance.

The position emphasizes responsibility, leadership, and career advancement within a dynamic construction environment, with responsibilities spanning field production, client coordination, and vendor negotiations.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel, Word, and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Drive production in the field and work in diverse settings to produce infrastructure and products.
• Manage and prepare for job meetings, review change orders or concerns with the client, and handle pay applications.
• Ensure daily logs/reports are turned in on time for job costing and invoicing through the accounting department.
• Work closely with the site manager or superintendent to manage the financial and administrative needs of the project.
• Determine necessary equipment, materials, and manpower; keep track of inventory, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedule.
• Lead meetings with company staff and client representatives; ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and construction codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with management staff, subcontractors, engineers, and key team members; negotiate with external vendors on contract agreements.
