Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction project management for large-scale commercial projects.
• Strong leadership, mentorship and problem-solving skills.
• Deep knowledge of permits, NOCs, NOTs and regulatory processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and completion of large commercial construction projects with significant scope, budget, schedule and stakeholder requirements.
• Provide strategic oversight through all phases: pre-construction, procurement, execution, closeout.
• Mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and field personnel.
• Establish clear expectations, accountability and solutions-focused problem solving within teams.
• Train and support teams to ensure consistency with company standards and best practices.
• Manage project risks and recover troubled or high-risk projects effectively.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, clients, subcontractors, consultants and stakeholders.
