Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, submittals, RFIs, change management, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Leading commercial projects from pre-con to closeout.
• Managing project budgets, cost reporting, forecasting, and change orders.
• Driving master schedules, coordinating subcontractors, and overseeing material procurement.
• Mentoring Assistant PMs and contributing to continuous improvement across the team.
