Rise Technical is seeking a Senior Project Manager to take full ownership of multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The role is based in Greensboro, NC with local travel to job sites and a relocation-assisted path to leadership.

You will manage schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals and change orders, while mentoring PMs and field staff. The company offers a clear route to Project Director and strong leadership support.

Formación

• Proven Project Manager / Senior Project Manager experience in commercial construction.
• Experience running projects end-to-end with strong cost, schedule and contract control.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or Architecture (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout and warranty
• Own schedules, budgets, forecasts, contracts, RFIs/submittals and change orders
• Lead client-facing meetings and coordinate subcontractors, design teams and internal stakeholders
• Mentor Project Managers / Assistant PMs and support field teams
• On-site role based in Greensboro, NC with local travel to job sites
