Rise Technical is seeking a Senior Project Manager to take full ownership of multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The role is based in Greensboro, NC with local travel to job sites and a relocation-assisted path to leadership.

You will manage schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals and change orders, while mentoring PMs and field staff. The company offers a clear route to Project Director and strong leadership support.

Qualificações

• Proven Project Manager / Senior Project Manager experience in commercial construction.
• Experience running projects end-to-end with strong cost, schedule and contract control.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or Architecture (preferred).

Are you a Senior Project Manager or Commercial Construction Project Manager looking to take full ownership of multiple projects and build a clear pathway into Project Director level leadership?

In this role you will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors while owning schedules, budgets, change orders and reporting. You will also mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and field staff.

This role would suit a Senior Project Manager from a commercial construction background looking to step into a role with real ownership, visibility with leadership, and a clear route into managing other PMs.
