As a Senior Project Manager, you will be at the helm of our construction projects, ensuring they are executed to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Presenting detailed work orders to clients and team members.
• Managing change orders effectively to ensure project continuity.
• Supporting billing and collections processes to maintain financial stability.
• Placing material orders, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of necessary resources.
• Partnering with production teams to guarantee smooth operations.
• Managing project logistics, including RFIs, change orders, materials, labor, budgets, etc.
• Utilizing Bluebeam software for project management tasks.
• Overseeing the project life cycle, ensuring all milestones are met within budget and time constraints.
• Collaborating with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, fostering a positive working environment.

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 5+ years' experience in a project management role within the construction industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a broad range of construction projects effectively.
• Proficiency in using Bluebeam software or equivalent project management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in managing budgets and supporting billing and collections.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
• A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively.
• A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
