Plano-Coudon is seeking a Sr Project Manager to join our Columbia, MD office. The ideal candidate has 10 years of experience managing construction projects between $10M and $30M, with renovation and base building expertise.

The Sr Project Manager will oversee all phases from pre-construction through close-out, ensuring schedule, budget, safety, and quality standards are met. This role may manage multiple projects and participate in new business development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience leading construction projects.
• Ability to manage projects $10M–$25M, with potential for larger work.
• Strong relationships with business partners and clients.
• Experience in renovation and base building preferred.
• Proactive in business development and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases from pre-construction through close-out.
• Track budgets, schedules, submittals, and project controls.
• Lead one large project or multiple smaller projects.
• Negotiate subcontractor terms and engage legal as needed.
• Assist in proposal development and client outreach.
