Job summary

Schoenfelder Renovations, Inc. in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to direct and coordinate project teams for commercial renovations. You will plan work, organize resources, and manage client relationships to deliver projects on time and within budget.

This field-based role requires 5–7 years of PM experience, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and proficiency with Excel and project management software. Travel is 25–35% across the lower 48 states.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of direct construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of blueprints and project specs.
• Ability to lead a full project team and manage budgets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing phased renovations in occupied properties.

Responsibilities

• Review proposals, drawings and plans to determine timeframes and resources.
• Lead planning, scheduling and cost development; secure permits and bonding.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and site staff to meet schedule.
• Manage project financials including budget, costs and invoicing.
• Ensure safety, quality and client satisfaction throughout the project.
