Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Construction Project Management or related field.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, PMWeb, Smartsheet, Bluebeam, or similar.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring safety, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, subcontractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies; manage multiple projects with priorities.
