Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10–15 years or more of experience in a commercial construction PM role.
• Three years or more of direct supervisory experience.
• Experience with project management software (Constructware, P6, Timberline, etc.).
• Experience with cost projection, financial analysis, budget reviews, labor reports.
• Experience with JD Edwards or similar construction applications.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, project financial projections, and schedule requirements.
• Ensure projects are completed with quality, profitability, adhering to Safety/Zero Harm culture.
• Promote customer and community relations.
• Foster positive culture, leadership and employee development.
• Lead overall direction and completion of construction projects.
