The company is seeking a K-12 Construction Project Manager to join the team. This role is critical to the successful completion of some of the firm's most important education projects in the Atlanta market. The ideal candidate will step in quickly to support the management of ongoing projects and ensure seamless execution.
Key responsibilities of the K-12 Construction Project Manager include:
- Manage the project life‑cycle from preconstruction through delivery.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Ensure budget, schedule, and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including superintendents, and labor crews.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure clear communication throughout the project life‑cycle.
- Monitor and track RFIs, submittals, change orders and other project records.
Key requirements of the K-12 Construction Project Manager include:
- Extensive track record in successful ground‑up or heavy renovation K-12 construction projects.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
- Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
- Experience with project management software (e.g. Constructware, P6, Timberline).
