Job summary

Balfour Beatty Construction, in Atlanta, Georgia, is seeking a Project Manager to lead our K-12 Education team in the local area. The Project Manager is responsible for overall direction, completion, and financial outcomes of a construction project, directing contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and schedule adherence.

The role requires 10–15 years in commercial construction PM, strong supervisory experience, and proficiency with PM software.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10–15 years in a commercial construction project management role.
• Three years or more of direct supervisory experience.
• Experience with project management software (Constructware, P6, Timberline, etc.).
• Experience with cost projection, financial analysis, budget reviews, labor reports.
• Experience with JD Edwards or similar construction applications.

Responsibilities

• Direct the overall direction, completion, and financial outcomes of construction projects.
• Lead contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and schedule requirements.
• Oversee project financial projections and budgets, ensuring quality and safety standards.

Summary
