Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–7 years’ experience in healthcare construction project management.
• Experience coordinating design and construction for hospital facilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from concept to turnover and occupancy.
• Develop master budgets and schedules; monitor costs and timelines.
• Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and end users.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare codes and project documents.
• Present projects to committees and obtain approvals.
