Job summary

Berglund Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Construction to lead complex healthcare and commercial projects across markets. You’ll drive strategic leadership, deliver safely on schedule and within budget, and cultivate strong client relationships to generate repeat business.

Reporting to the Vice President, you’ll collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and field teams to oversee budgets, scheduling, subcontractor management, and safety programs while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years’ progressive project management experience in construction.
• Strong client relationship skills and leadership across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of commercial construction projects from award to final completion.
• Plan, budget, schedule, cost controls, and resource allocation across markets.
• Direct subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel; review plans and contracts.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on sites.
• Prepare budgets, cost forecasts, and monitor profitability.
