Job summary

SL Recruit in Winchester, VA is seeking a Project Manager for our Winchester, VA office. This on-site, full-time role owns projects from preconstruction through closeout, across healthcare, commercial, education, and industrial sectors.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and quality while partnering with superintendents and handling RFIs, submittals, and project documentation. Mentoring of junior team members is included.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience delivering ground-up and/or renovation projects.
• Proficiency with Procore (or similar), MS Project, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects (over $50M) from preconstruction through closeout, including budget, schedule, and quality.
• Partner closely with superintendents on schedule, sequencing, and site coordination.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
