London Approach is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects in Winchester, VA. You will manage from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure safety, schedule, and quality.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and organizational skills, with a preference for candidates who have experience in healthcare, senior living, or higher education projects and a relevant degree.

Qualifications

• Experience with senior living, healthcare, higher education, hospitality, or institutional projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of schedules, budgets, contracts, and project documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractor buyout, contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and cost reporting.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
