Job summary

We Search People is seeking a senior Construction Project Manager to lead ground-up, base-building projects in the Wilmington, Delaware area for a respected General Contractor. The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and proven PM expertise in commercial construction.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of progressive GC PM experience, proficiency with Procore or Prolog, and OSHA 10 with OSHA 30 within the first year.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive construction experience as a Project Manager within a General Contractor.
• Ground Up / Base Building project experience.
• Experience using Project Management Software such as Procore or Prolog.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 required within first year of hire.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
