We Search People is seeking a mid- to senior-level Construction Project Manager to join our client in the Triad area of NC. The successful candidate will bring ground-up/base building project experience and manage commercial General Contractor initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive construction experience as a Project Manager within a General Contractor.
• Ground Up / Base Building project experience.
• Experience with Procore or Prolog project management software.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure on-time delivery.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Project Manager to join our client in the Triad area of NC – the successful candidate will be a mid to senior-level Construction Project Manager with experience within an established commercial General Contractor - you will also have experience in ground-up / base building projects.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of progressive construction experience as a Project Manager within a General Contractor.
• Ground Up / Base Building project experience
• Experience using Project Management Software, such as Procore or Prolog.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 required within first year of hire.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

This role is paying an excellent basic salary in addition to bonus & a generous benefits package.
