Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Project Engineer with 3+ years of GC experience for a ground-up construction project in Alpharetta, GA. The role supports the PM in budgeting, scheduling, and subcontract management on commercial, retail, or multifamily builds.

The candidate should be proficient in Procore, with a degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred. The project is a 2- to 2.5-year scope requiring thorough coordination across teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a GC environment.
• Experience on commercial/retail/multifamily projects preferred.
• Procore proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Assist PM with budgeting and scheduling, bids and presentations.
• Draft/review Owner Agreement content for executive execution.
• Manage project schedule, budgets, RFIs, submittals and document control.
• Oversee subcontract and purchase order agreements from award to close-out.
• Analyze IOCs from subcontractors and vendors and ensure code compliance.

We have a ground up construction project breaking ground mid-Aug and will take 2-2.5yrs to complete

What You Will Be Doing

Assist the PM in all of the following:

• Participate in the preconstruction process including budgeting, scheduling, bids, presentations, etc.
• Draft and/or review the content of the Owner Agreement for executive execution
• Day-to-day management of construction budget
• Direct, train, supervise, and manage all Project Engineering functions (RFIs, Submittals, Document Control, etc.)
• Examine Contract Documents for completeness, deficiencies, constructability, code compliance, etc.
• Manage all subcontract and purchase order agreements from award to close-out
• Design, manage, and update the project schedule working with other team members
• Manage a timely and comprehensive Owner Billings Process
• Manage subcontractors payment application process and content
• Analyze and evaluate IOCs from subcontractors and vendors

• Project Engineers looking to become APM are encouraged to apply
