Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience with environmental agencies in permitting infrastructure projects.
• Valid Class C Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more large, long-term and/or complex projects with scope, schedule, cost/budget, and risk.
• Develop strategy, objectives and initiatives related to projects and obtain approvals; manage schedules and budgets.
• Lead a large team of professionals and contractors in major projects; provide leadership and oversight.
• Engage with executive management; present milestones for approval.
• Provide project leadership for safety and ensuring compliance with standards.
• Manage cost estimates, budgets, expenditures and SOX controls.
• Oversee environmental permits, land acquisition, procurement, and project closeout.
