Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Bachelor's Degree in a scientific/technical/math field.
• Five or more years of engineering experience in operations, production, construction or maintenance environments.
• Possess a valid Class C Driver's License.
• Experience working on cross-functional substation project teams with engineers from multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Ensures technical issues are resolved in a timely, cost-effective manner.
• Supervises and coordinates work with staff and contractors in implementing new technical strategies.
• Performs life cycle assessments and improves preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Conducts risk assessments and implements mitigation for safety and reliability.
• Supports audits and ensures compliance with EH&S regulations.
• Provides guidance for complex engineering problems and coordinates high-impact projects.
• Maintains design basis documentation and supports training for junior engineers.
