Innovative Consulting & Management Services (ICMS) seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead oversight of large construction sites, with limited supervision and high-level independent work. You will manage contracts, budgets, schedules and coordinate with COR, clients, and design teams on complex projects.

The role requires 20 years of PM experience on major projects, a four-year degree in construction-related fields, and potential security clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• Four-year Bachelor's Degree in construction management, civil engineering or related field (or equivalent).
• PM certification preferred.
• Minimum 20 years of project management experience on commercial or government construction.
• Experience on projects over $50M.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in managing contracts, budgets and schedules.

Responsabilités

• Provide oversight of construction related activities for contracts.
• Support COR by performing all project management tasks.
• Provide day-to-day project management for construction and service projects.
• Coordinate with customers, conduct schedule and design reviews.
• Develop solutions to construction problems or field conditions.
• Review contractor submittals for contract conformance.
• Assist contracting officer or COR during acquisition phases, answer questions and participate in meetings.
• Draft technical responses to change orders.
• Prepare statement of work and cost estimates for new contracts and modifications.
