Job summary

Tribal One Construction in Tucson, AZ is seeking a full-time Construction Project Manager to lead our growing team. You will oversee design-bid-build and design-build projects from start-up to close-out, coordinating with owners, subcontractors, architects, and suppliers.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience as a general contractor project manager on U.S. Federal Government projects, with strong knowledge of FAR/DFAR and OSHA 30/EM 385-1-1.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years as a general contractor project manager on U.S. Federal Government projects.
• Understanding of FAR/DFAR and regulations; OSHA 30 and EM 385-1-1 training.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and supervision of design-bid-build and design-build projects.
• Oversee project costs, staffing, and scheduling; communicate with owners, subcontractors, architects, and vendors.
• Manage safety, quality assurance, and documentation; ensure on-time project close-out.
