Job summary

Miracorp in Tucson, AZ seeks a Lead Project Manager for senior leadership of federal construction, rehabilitation, and facilities programs. You will coordinate multi-site project teams, align objectives with GSA requirements, and ensure delivery, quality, and compliance.

You will mentor project managers, manage client relations, monitor performance, plan resources, and oversee QA and reporting. A 4-year degree and 15+ years experience in architecture/engineering/construction are required; US

Qualifications

• US Citizen required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in architecture, engineering, construction, facilities management, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading complex construction or facilities programs.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience with federal, government or large commercial programs preferred.
• Advanced computer skills and familiarity with PM and estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison to COR, CO, and MIRACORP.
• Coordinate with client program and technical managers on major construction initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and oversee Project Managers across multiple sites.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver multiple projects and program activities.
• Monitor performance to ensure goals, schedules and quality.
• Manage technical operations involving personnel, stakeholders, and workflows.
• Support strategic planning, long-range program execution, and resource allocation.
• Implement and oversee program-wide quality assurance measures.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and reporting obligations.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
