Abbott Construction LLC. is seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage complex construction projects from early concept through closeout in the Seattle area. The PM will coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and the construction team to ensure successful outcomes.

The role emphasizes project cost control, scheduling with MS Project, and maintaining strict safety standards. Candidates should have extensive PM and estimating experience in healthcare or fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Must have a 4-year degree in a construction-related major.
• Minimum 5–10 years of project management experience.
• Minimum 5–10 years of estimating experience.
• Healthcare and fast-paced construction managing multiple projects concurrently preferred.
• Willingness to pass drug testing and comply with safety program.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and manage multiple projects from concept to closeout.
• Interface with owner, architect, and project team.
• Maintain safety standards and improve project margins with the superintendent.
• Ensure projects meet schedules, plans, and specs.
• Manage project accounting, including AR and invoicing.
• Provide job cost/margin forecasts and logs (RFI, COP, submittals).
• Close out projects within 30 days of completion.
