This role involves leading the project team and client interactions, overseeing schedule and budget evaluations, and providing quality assurance.

Candidates should possess at least 20 years of project management experience, a related bachelor's degree, and a demonstrated success record.

The compensation package ranges from $160,000 to $230,000 based on qualifications and location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20+ years of successful construction project management experience with emphasis on major healthcare projects.
• Recognized ability to lead and motivate both internal and project teams.
• Demonstrated project success in meeting project budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Point of Contact to Client and Consultants.
• Lead the project team as the Client’s On-site Representative for all project matters.
• Provide regular evaluation of project schedule and budget, identifying any deviations from plan and proposing solutions.
