Job summary

LeoForce is seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Project Estimator focused on concrete paving in Arizona. You will prepare cost estimates, manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors for highways, runways, and airfields.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in concrete paving or heavy civil estimating, proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and estimating software, and strong communication and leadership skills. Minimal travel is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in concrete paving and/or heavy civil project management and estimating.
• Strong knowledge of DOT, FAA, and other public agency project requirements.
• Proficient in estimating software and project management tools.
• Experience designing in AutoCad Civil 3D
• Proficient in all MS Office applications
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Minimal to no travel

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals for concrete paving projects.
• Manage all phases of assigned projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and on-site execution.
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Monitor job costs and make recommendations to maintain profitability.
• Maintain strong communication across all project stakeholders
