Job summary

Christiansen Construction Company in Pender, NE seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead project forecasting, bidding, scheduling and client relations. You will develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate resources, mentor teams and maintain vendor terms while driving profitability and successful on-time delivery across multiple projects.

This role requires strong leadership, deep industry knowledge, and hands-on experience in estimating and cost control to ensure bids convert to builds

Qualifications

• Preference for an industry-related degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, scheduling, estimating, Bluebeam Revu software, and industry practices.
• 15+ years of construction experience, including 5+ years in estimating.
• Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and construction knowledge essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct precise project revenue and cost forecasting for company profitability.
• Lead estimating efforts and ensure a consistent bid-to-build process.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders to manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and foster strong client relationships.
• Maintain databases and negotiate terms with vendors.
